From an early age, Mary Turner has had a passion for politics and public affairs, majoring in International Relations at the University of San Diego. During this time, she served as an intern to former United States Senator Jeff Flake where she assisted with messaging efforts, community outreach and managing constituent concerns.

Shortly after graduation, Mary joined the Rose + Allyn Public Relations team from 2017 – 2021 where she further enhanced her abilities in public relations and public affairs consulting, campaign management and event planning.

On the political campaign front, Mary has assisted on several political endeavors in Arizona providing campaign management, event planning, fundraising and digital media services. Some of her political efforts include the successful re-elections of both Governor Doug Ducey and Attorney General Mark Brnovich, Scottsdale Mayor Jim Lane’s political action committee, a transportation ballot measure in Pinal County, served as campaign manager for a city-wide bond authorization to fund parks, recreation areas, public safety, technology improvements and senior services for Scottsdale, state-wide ballot initiative to stop dark money, served as campaign manager for the successful re-election of Paradise Valley Councilwoman Julie Pace and Councilwoman Ellen Andeen and successful election of Paradise Valley Councilwoman Christine Labelle. In 2022, Mary served as Director of Operations to the Mark Brnovich for U.S. Senate campaign.
